Meditation is a practice that has innumerable benefits for your mind, body and spirit. Once you learn how to do it, it becomes a tool you have available anytime you need. Meditation coaching helps you get the support you need to learn how to meditate, or deepen your practice, in a way that works for you and creates a structure to help you stay consistent. Together, we will explore breathing techniques, quieting the mind, visualization, reaching expanded states of awareness and more.

I will create a customized program just for you. We’ll identify your goals and desires and I’ll teach you a variety of meditation techniques so you can find the ones that work best for who you are.
The coaching program consists of packages of 6 Meditation Sessions that are 45 minutes each. Consistency is key to your meditation practice, so you can continue as long as you wish.
We can meet in person in my office in downtown Santa Barbara, or we can have phone, FaceTime, Zoom or Skype sessions. All are equally effective, so you get to choose what works best for you.
